I'm pretty in my tastes, actually. You know, where I was brought up in Liguria, In Italy, we have food all around us – seafood, herbs, wild mushrooms, olive oil. When you're used to eating these kinds of fresh , it's not necessary to experiment with food so much. It's not about playing safe you know; it's just why would you try to eat differently when you already have traditional cooking made with good Ingredients? It makes no sense.
