The rapid rise of artificial intelligence is reshaping decision-making across workplaces, public services, and private life. I strongly agree that this growth in AI raises serious ethical concerns, because such technology increasingly influences human welfare without sufficient transparency or accountability. Moreover, these ethical concerns are not hypothetical but embedded in the way we already deploy artificial intelligence today.

First, algorithmic bias presents a major ethical issue, since AI learns from historical data that often reflects social inequality. When we use these intelligent systems in recruitment or credit assessment, biassed patterns can unfairly exclude certain groups, and this outcome raises real concern. Such artificial intelligence undermines fairness and erodes our trust in technology, especially when its decisions are difficult to challenge or explain.

Another ethical concern involves privacy and autonomy, because AI relies on vast quantities of personal data. Continuous collection enables surveillance that individuals rarely understand, and this concern about consent is central to the debate over intelligent technology. Although AI can improve efficiency, this benefit does not justify weakening the rights and human oversight that responsible technology demands.

In conclusion, the rise of artificial intelligence undeniably generates ethical challenges related to bias, privacy, and accountability. Agreeing with this view does not mean rejecting AI, but rather demanding that we build such technology with responsible design and firm regulation. Therefore, addressing these concerns early is essential if we want artificial intelligence to serve society in a just and transparent manner, and this ethical vigilance must shape how the technology matures.
