Career counsellors are generally well-informed about the changing trends in the scope of any professional field in future. They can play an active role in guiding the youth toward a rewarding profession. This highlights the importance of a full-time career-counselling department at the initial stage, i.e., the school level. The job of this department should be to determine the personalities of students, to observe and analyse their interests and psychology, and to guide them to select suitable careers based on their aptitude.
