Dear Members,

We are excited to announce the launch of our annual River Clean-Up Campaign, a month-long initiative aimed at protecting and preserving our local river ecosystems. This year, we are focusing on the Blue River, which has seen an increase in pollution levels and requires immediate attention.

The campaign will kick off with a large-scale clean-up event on the 15th, starting at 8:00 AM. Volunteers are needed to help remove rubbish, monitor water quality, and plant native vegetation along the riverbanks. We will provide all necessary equipment, including gloves, bags, and safety gear.

In addition to the clean-up, we are organising educational workshops for the community on the importance of maintaining clean waterways and how each of us can make a difference. These workshops will be held every weekend throughout the campaign.
