As we continue to navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by remote work, we're committed to fostering a productive and flexible working environment for all. In response to your feedback, we're excited to introduce several updates to our remote working policy, effective next month.

Firstly, we will increase the allowance for home office equipment, acknowledging the importance of a comfortable and efficient workspace. Additionally, to support your work-life balance, we will introduce "Wellness Wednesdays," where meetings will be discouraged to allow for focused work time or personal wellness activities.

Recognising the value of in-person collaboration, we will also organise quarterly team retreats. These gatherings will be an opportunity for team-building and strategic planning in a relaxed setting. Details on the locations and dates will be shared shortly.
