We are excited to announce the launch of our new series of fitness classes designed to cater to all ages and fitness levels. Starting next month, we will be offering everything from yoga and Pilates to high-intensity interval training and dance aerobics. Our aim is to provide a diverse range of options to help you find a workout that you enjoy and can stick with.

All classes will be led by certified instructors who are passionate about health and wellness. Additionally, we've updated our class scheduling to include more evening and weekend options, making it easier for you to fit exercise into your busy life.

We invite you to join us at the community centre for a free trial class of your choice. It is a great opportunity to meet our instructors, explore our facilities, and find the perfect class for your fitness journey.
