We are delighted to announce the introduction of a new Flexible Working Hours Policy, effective from next month. This initiative is part of our ongoing effort to support work-life balance and provide our employees with greater flexibility in their work schedules.

Under this new policy, employees will have the option to start their workday anytime between 7:00 am and 10:00 am and finish between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm, provided they complete their required daily hours. This flexibility aims to accommodate different personal commitments and preferences, whether it's dropping off children at school, attending morning workouts, or simply avoiding peak commuting times.

We believe that this policy will not only improve employee satisfaction but also increase productivity and engagement. Full details of the policy, including guidelines and how to request flexible working hours, will be outlined in the employee handbook update, which will be shared with you all shortly.
