Initially, the platform offered unique features such as 3D virtual spaces and interactive sessions. However, the reality was less than stellar. Technical difficulties were a common occurrence, with attendees struggling to access sessions or experiencing poor audio and video quality. The platform also lacked sufficient customer support, leaving users frustrated during critical times. Moreover, the pricing structure was complicated and ended up being costlier than anticipated.
