The allure was undeniable: fresh groceries delivered to your door, saving you the time and hassle of supermarket queues. My initial experiences were filled with optimism, as I browsed through a wide variety of products and planned meals around their next-day delivery promise. However, the sheen quickly wore off. Deliveries started missing the promised time slots, and several items arrived in less-than-ideal condition. The final straw was when critical ingredients for a dinner party were substituted without my consent, leaving me in a lurch.
