I think a lot of times we feel like, OK, I get it, I am not the smartest person in the room. Because I am not the smartest person in the room, I am going to be a lurker. I am gonna sit on the outskirts and I am going to listen and I am going to learn and I am going to absorb from all of these smart people in the group. But then some people just don’t share and everybody just as you are not smartest person in the room, every single person has something to share, something to contribute. But don’t think you don’t have it because you are not an expert in the subject matter. Even things that you may think are no big deal you post about them and somebody is like WOW that’s amazing, I never thought of that. Again, this is not like posting on the bulletin boards in the teacher’s lounge – these are my lesson plans and they are so awesome. This is making it more global, publish a blog, there are all kinds of free blog software out there that you can use or you can do something that is off of your learning minute management system.
