Or even dementia. And then you can give them an exercise intervention. And those studies again in general, if you sort of piece them together and summarise the results, show that both aerobic exercise as well as weightlifting exercise can improve cognitive function even in people who have already developed some signs of dementia. So, in particular, we study weightlifting exercise, but others study aerobic exercise, and we are still working out the dose response characteristics, but it certainly looks like higher doses are better. So, this is an example where we're talking about using exercise as medicine. So, just like any pill that you would use, it has dose response characteristics and for some diseases, higher doses are better; for other diseases, it doesn't matter. For cognition, it looks like doses that induce higher fitness adaptations are better than doses that don't. And so that's what we are really need to figure out now is, uh, from a preventive standpoint, it looks like it's good. But from an intervention standpoint, if you really want to treat somebody who's having cognitive impairment, we certainly need to know more about what the actual optimal dose is, but for the moment I would say, higher intensity is better than lower intensity.
