Think everyone needs to understand how organizations are structured, how they function and how people interact. And then to get to your strategic goal. It's really important to take organization studies courses. And I know it's a bit of a hard sell for a lot of students who are appearing in it. But over and over, alumni come back to me and say, you know what, the most important course I've ever took was organization studies. And I really wish I took it more because those are the skills that really help me move up in my career. So those are the competencies or political skills for understanding myself for knowing how to work with difficult people, for knowing how to manage my boss, knowing how to structure the organization, knowing how to create sustainable competitive advantage. And those are the skills that really differentiate people who are going to have long term successful careers.
