If students know exactly what goes where, it'll improve our success rate and reduce the risk of contamination from the start. Harry (Student) That makes sense, but who's covering the cost of those sessions and collection? Will we need student volunteers, or can we loop in the facilities team? I'd feel more confident moving forward if we had a plan that includes staffing and funding specifics even just for the trial phase. Mia (Student) I'll check with the student sustainability office maybe we can apply for a small campus grant to fund materials and collection during the trial. And if we use existing staff routes for pickup, it might not require much extra work. The key is keeping it simple and scalable. Zoe (Student) And if we pair each bin with bright, easy to read visuals like photos of compostable items we'll help reduce mistakes without needing constant supervision. Visual cues work far better than long text lists, especially in high traffic areas where people are in a hurry. Harry (Student) All right. If we focus the pilot on just a few busy areas and track contamination and collection data over, say, six weeks, we'll have a solid foundation to assess whether we can expand campus wide.
