Instructions
3 students are discussing joining the photography club. Speaker 1 Hey everyone, have you thought about joining the photography club this semester? I'm really Excited about it. I've seen some of their Work and it's amazing. Plus I heard the club Meetings are a lot of fun. Speaker 2 Yeah, I've heard great things about the club. I'm definitely interested, but I'm so busy. I don't know if I can fit it into my schedule. I've already got a lot going on with my classes and a part time job. Speaker 3 I’m kind of in the same Boat as you, Liam. I really want to join because I think I'd really enjoy it and it would probably help me improve my photography skills, but I'm worried about my workload. I've got a lot going on with my internship. And other commitments. Speaker 1 I totally get what you're both saying, but from what I've heard, the photography club meetings are really well organized. They balance the activities so they're interesting without being too demanding. Also, people have told me that the way they teach photography is incredible. It's not just about taking pictures, it's about understanding the techniques and the story behind each photo. Speaker 2 That does sound interesting and I could use something like that to mix up my routine, but I'm also worried about how much time it will take. I need to keep my grades up and manage my job. How intensive are the club activities? Speaker 3 From what I've heard, the activities are pretty manageable. A friend of mine joined last semester and said that the club is really understanding about student’s Other comment. There is a balance between hands on assignments and the theory of photography, and sometimes meetings are online and it's not like you have stuff to do every week. Speaker 1 Yeah, that's right. And think about the new things you'll learn. I think they also have sessions on how to use photo Editing software that would be useful to learn, right? And photography has so many interesting aspects that can help you better understand both art and technology. You might even find that it sparks new ideas for your projects or your internship. And the club has a reputation for being really enjoyable, which can be a nice break from the more stressful parts of your schedule. Speaker 3 I think we should do it. Liam University isn't just about getting your degree, it's also about trying new things and learning more about yourself and meeting different people. This club seems like a great chance to do that. It might even help you in ways you didn't think of. And we can all join together, which would make it more fun and easier to handle. Speaker 2 You know what? You've convinced me. I'll find a way to fit it into my schedule, If you guys do too. It sounds interesting and I could use a club that's well, just something different. Let's do it.
