My sense is that in parliamentary systems where parties create lists of candidates that there's more control over recruitment, that those are places where you can put women on the list. We recruit in a very different way. We don't have lists. We have primaries and you know, and so you know, you have to to win a primary, you have to you get no support except if you're a woman. You'll get support from memos. Listen a primary. And otherwise you get no support in a primary from almost any institution. Generally speaking, people try to stay out of primaries.
