Practice Speaking: Re-tell lecture ID: #36280 Medium Defiant human spirit
Instructions
Our bodies may be limited, but it's our spirit that's unstoppable. When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be. The Defiant human spirit remains steadfast when you choose courage in the face of fear. You defy the things that hold you back from greatness. I think that life is not about the amount of days that you live on this earth but it's about what you fit into those days that allows you to live remarkable life. Every one of us every single day is blessed with the air that we breathe; the opportunities that we have. I challenge you every single day to get out of bed and do something that your future self will be proud. At some point, we all bought into this lie that you've got a feel ready in order to change. We are not designed to do things that are uncomfortable or scary or difficult, and in order to change, in order to do all those things that you know what you want to do with your life with your dream, you're gonna have to do things that are difficult, uncertain or scary. We want to change, we want to live a better life, the desire is there/ Again, it's about how do you go from knowledge to action. You and I are designed to be purpose seeking mechanisms when we're not when we live in our comfort zone, we live a life of survival. No matter how chaotic your vision, no matter how chaotic your life, don't ask yourself who you are today –ask only who do you want to become, and then are you willing to pay the price to get there. Take an action today, or you never will.
