Staying cool starts with drinking enough liquids, especially water with ice.
While hot, sunny weather can mean fun days at the beach, many people find high temperatures very hard to deal with.
But if you have to be outside, wear loose, light clothes and don’t forget your sunglasses and a cap for extra protection from the sun!
If possible, it’s also a good idea to avoid going out during the hottest part of the day, between 11 am and around 2 pm.
The good news, though, is that you can take some steps to feel more comfortable in the heat.
