Long Clouds of gases
Clouds of gases formed in the atmosphere, consisting of methane, ammonia and water vapour, until they, too, cooled and the water vapour condensed into rain. This rain fell for thousands of years. It formed seas together with water that was trapped in the rocks and released as vapour through volcanoes.
