And this was a study that actually doctor Randy Barr, who happens to be here with me, I'm pleased to say, was the lead investigator on and what we were doing is there was a Mid-Atlantic US serviceman, you're factoring company that allowed us to come in and to do a study in their facility, looking at pets in the workplace, because on any given day, they had 20 to 30 dogs present in the workplace. They had a policy, had been in place for years, allowing their employees to being pets to work. So, they had 550 employees, but we only involved the 76 day shift employees and we compared three groups, those who had their dogs with them at work. Those who had dogs, but for whatever reason they did not have them at work, whether maybe they were old or ill or not appropriate temperamentally. And then they had non pet owners. And we measured their perception of their work organisation, their stress level throughout the day we assigned them pagers and we page them four times during the day to get their stress levels and their physiological their baseline physiological stress; and this is actually the CEO, with his two dachshunds in his office, regardless of whether they owned a pet or not, or brought the dog to work or not, the employees in this organisation scored higher on national industry norms on job satisfaction, on communication, on pay, on promotion, on benefits, rewards, operating procedures.
