To give you an example of what's happening in the US at the moment, there are more than 10 medical schools now that actually teach food as medicine, culinary medicine, and it is a practical subject. It's elective, because you can't fit everything into the course, but I think that's going to be the future and it's not just food as medicine, it's the whole lifetime medicine movement that's starting to take of. I think all health professionals need to be better trained in those simple low-tech, inexpensive things you can prescribe, like how many hours of sleep you should get, because that clears the amyloid from your brain during the night. Did you know that you know how much you should move prescription for 30 grammes of nuts a day or or whatever? So, I think it's coming, but at the moment it's really poor, you know, in two weeks you can't even learn the ABC's about vitamins and minerals.
