My sense is that in parliamentary systems where parties create lists of candidates that there's more control over recruitment, that those are places where you can put women on the lists. We recruit in a very different way. We don't have lists. We have primaries, and you know, and so you know, you have to win a primary, you have to you get no support. So, if you're a woman, you'll get support memories in a primary, but otherwise you get no support in a primary from almost any institutions. Generally speaking, people try to can out of primaries. So, my sense is that it's parliamentary systems, where you stay, you have lists of candidates. You can the party itself can put women on those list and then you know.
