Studying nutrition is so interesting because whatever aspect of science you're interested in, you can relate it to nutrition. So if you're interested in chemistry, you can learn about food chemistry and how food ... um ... what food is made up of, the molecules, how it reacts in the digestive system. If you're interested in biology, you might be more interested in the physiological effects of nutrition, and nutrients and foods. And if you're interested in maths, then you can apply that as well, looking at the connections between food and health. So, whatever part of science you're interested in, nutrition is very interesting to study as well.
