So now there has become this split, this very real wedge driven between government agencies on the one hand, and Silicon Valley companies on the other because these companies now are providing some meaningful degree of privacy which is one of the great changes of this node in reporting there providing end-to-end encryption. They're telling governments they can't turn over information even if the governments get warrants because they are no longer able to access them, you now see governments publicly accusing Facebook and Google of being aiders and abettors of ISIS or partners with Al Qaeda. And I think this war is great! I want a fuel that fires as much as possible because I think it's incredibly dangerous when you have what essentially is a merger of massive amounts of public and private power, and there's very seamless way so that public officials go to work for these private companies when they leave public life, these private officials and private executives become government officials and then go back again and it becomes this one very harmonious cooperative enterprise. And that's particularly dangerous because we now have these giants like Facebook and Google, in particular, and Apple, that have compiled more wealth and more power and more data about all of us than any companies in human history. I mean, they're unquestionably more powerful than essentially every government on earth; and they conduct themselves completely in secret. So, the Internet of Things or the development of artificial intelligence with massive implications for what our world is going to be and how it's going to function, are done entirely opaquely, completely without transparency.
