There are some in our society. You do feel anger and resentment. They feel left behind. By social change, whether that's economic or cultural, we can get into what exactly this involves a bit later, but the temper of this, I think, is one of anger and resentment and a sense that some have, that they may have once been in a certain position. In society, but that they are now losing their position and they don't have a voice. Not only that, they don't have a voice, but they're being stifled and suffocated. You think of the phrases that flow out in our public debate at the moment. This idea, for example, that political correctness has gone mad or that we cannot say what we think anymore or that minorities are getting special treatment and privileges that old Australians or traditional Australians are not enjoying; and listen to that, you can hear the resentment. You can hear the anger; and I think of that movie from the 1970s, for those who are film buffs, network; who knows networks. There's it's about this news anchor who goes mad, but his catch cry is I'm as mad as hell.
