Instructions
Currently,  if  an  English  person  wants  to  donate  their  organs  after  their  death,  they  register  their  name  on  a  list.  However,  some  argue  that  a  persons  name  should  automatically  appear  on  the  list    they  ask  for  it  to  be  taken  off.  The    is  that  there  are  8,000  people  in  the  UK  who  need  a  transplant  but  there  is  a  shortage  of  donors.  This  means  that  fewer  than  3,000  transplants    out  annually.  Due  to  medical  advances,  the  number  of  people  whose  lives  could  be  saved  by  a  transplant  is  rising  more  quickly  than  the  number  of  donors  who  are  .  Automatic  donation  is  a  system  used  in  Spain  and  Austria  but  people  who  disagree  with  it  say  that  our  bodies  would  belong  to  the  state    of  to  ourselves  and  such  donation  would  be  very  upsetting  for  families.
