Paul took a last, lingering look at the magnificent mountains the northernmost shore of Scotland. It had been a good mornings climb. Now it was time to head back to the car, parked on a track five miles away. He consulted his guidebook and chose a route which would take him down an old watercourse carved into the mountainside.
