I don't want to go off topic, but is this also partly the compartmentalisation of health, as in the training? Yeah.

I think so. I mean, it's hard. It's so broad now the knowledge we have that it's hard to be good at everything. I mean, I'm a geriatrician, and so we're to be kind of good at everything. But most people are, you know, organ system physicians. And so you learn about the in great depth, but you really don't remember the heart. Very much so. It's very hard to be good and in-depth, have in-depth knowledge of everything. And so, there is a to kind of, uhm, compartmentalise how you view the person and how you view the body. But it's always to your benefit to look at that kidney as living in a body that's living in a family that's living in a community.
