Like Socrates, Confucius and Jesus Christ, John Anderson didn't much, but we do have his lectures, some of which have just been published by the Sydney University as a book called Space, Time and the Categories. I'm joined now by the editor of the lectures, Creagh Cole, and one of the people who took down the lectures and later Anderson in the Challis Chair of Philosophy, David Armstrong. Welcome to you both. Thank you. David, before we get on to the book, I might begin by farewell to idealism. What did your teacher, John Anderson, understand by idealism, and why was he to it?
