I travel a lot in fact for my work, so I've had to get to various types of local cuisine- I used to follow that old principle of always something on the menu that you haven't of before. But I had a bad experience a few years ago with what turned out to be a sheep's stomach with goat's curds. So now I generally ask before . I'm happy to give most things a go, though, but I do still feel a bit about eating anything that involves animals' intestines.
