Subject: Flour delivery on parade morning
To: Morgan
From: Casey
Hi Morgan,
The bakery supplier plans to arrive at 8 a.m. on parade day. We normally unload through Market Lane, and I would rather finish before the street closures affect the block.
The 1. period works for that plan. Its window is 2., the entrance is 3., and vehicle access is 4.. We must also remember that 5., so the driver should not try to approach from that street after the early slot.
Please ask the driver to call if traffic will push the arrival beyond 8:15. We could still accept the flour during the parade period, but only through River Alley and only after arranging the required permit. Its loading limit would also leave us just ten minutes to unload.
Thanks,
Casey
