Subject: Sharing the school visits

Hi Morgan,
I have just checked our parent-teacher evening appointments. There is a clash that I had not noticed when we booked, so I do not think we should try to attend every meeting together.
I would like to speak with Ms. Rao about the work Jamie brought home last week. Her appointment is in 1.. You could see Mr. Bell instead; his meeting begins 2.. By then I will still be with Ms. Rao, and the guide says 3., so arriving after my meeting would not solve the problem.
Once we have both finished, we could meet near the main entrance and go to the appointment with 4. together. The suggested route to that room is 5.. There should be time to compare our notes before it starts, but we can save the longer discussion for home.
Would you be comfortable taking Mr. Bell’s meeting on your own? I can send you the questions I wanted to ask, and you could do the same for mine. That way neither teacher has to repeat the conversation and we still hear what each has to say.
