Subject: Moving our morning meeting
Hi Ana,
Road work has changed my weekday bus, and Route 8 now takes a detour through 1. before College Gate. I usually get off right beside your office. Your stop, 2., is closed for the whole detour, so I will have to walk from the gate.
The first part of my trip is the same. I will still catch the 3. bus from Cedar Stop, just like every other morning. The end of the trip is the problem. The bus now reaches the gate at 4., and then I walk for fifteen minutes. Could we meet at 8:30 instead of 8:00? I will still ride the bus to our Saturday lunch as planned.
Luckily, we can go back to our usual time from 5..
Thanks,
Joel
