Introduction The primary reason of this report is to outline the objective of the data presented in the graph regarding the primary purpose of library visits between year 2005 and 2025. Overview Overall, the trend started from book borrowing as the highest proportion holder to study space being the highest toward the period end. In addition, computer use remained relatively stable throughout the period. Main features From 2005 to 2009, book borrowing managed to get the highest proportion of 68%. This figure decreased sharply to 22% in 2020-2025. Whereas, Study space rose from 14% to 60% in the same period. The main reason behind this are changes that happened during the period like addition of silent study zone and group study zones, 24-hour access during exams, and lastly, digitalisation of study materials. Computer use remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 18% and 28%. Conclusion  To sum up, the data clearly indicates increase in study space use and decrease in book borrowing over the period shown.
