Hi Rohan,
Our team of five needs a room next Thursday evening to practise our presentation out loud before the real one. After reading the library guide, I think 1. is the best place for all of us. It has enough seats, and we can talk normally there. The Oak Room is bigger, but it 2., so we could not rehearse in it at all.
Priya will bring her laptop with the slides. In our room, she can put them on 3. without any cable, which is exactly what she wanted. We should plan to run through the talk twice, since the room is only ours for a short time.
Could you make the booking? I have to leave for work before we finish. Because 4., please stay with the others until everyone has packed up. I will send the others directions today. The room is 5., so let's all meet at the main doors and walk up together.
Thanks,
Mei
